Yeah, I want to see if there's a way to determine the actual Volumetric Efficiency of our engines.

Spent some time cleaning things up in the bay.

I built a 2 gallon water methanol/windshield washer fluid tank to replace the 2.5 quart factory tank. The second pic is a bit grainy, I'll try to get a better one soon.

Love what you've done with the 22rte. Sometimes I wish I kept atleast one of mine.

I'd have to see some install pics. There isn't more than a couple centimeters or 3/4" between the lower valance and frame. It looks like you have an aftermarket lower valance, is that so?

So, I think I'm going to order one of LC's Pro Street Turbo cams, that with a bump in boost, I'll be headed to the dyno.

If everything goes right, I'm aiming for 20 pounds of boost. IF all my reading proves close to accurate, I should be in the 300whp range.

No, it didn't affect HOW it runs. But it wouldn't pass smog after that mod. But we don't have emissions testing here in the free State of Florida.;)

re lower valance its an oem 4runner unit only addition i did was mold a evolution front lip and bolt it to it ...
front bumper and brackets were taken from a crashed 4runner and bolted on with no modifications whatsoever

i just welded 2 brackets to the frame and one to the center rad support to bolt the ic on ... ill show u pics later

Well, I might have to revisit that.

You don't happen to have the dimensions of the IC core, do you?

I appreciate the offer. I'll let you know if I redo the IC. For now, the temps are good, even without direct airflow. The biggest jump in temps would be under boost, and with the methanol injection, my IAT's are still in the 70's. We'll see when the ambient pushes 90 and above...

That, and I have a fan that I was planning to use on the IC I have now. To change it up, I'll have to go to the 4runner front bumper and valance, which will require a bit of budget to get painted to match.
