Hey guys im new to this site and im in need of a A/C system for my 1986 pickup, if anyone out there has one could they please let me know! Ive never done the swap but am looking to do so whenever i can find a nice one in working order.

You might get lucky. Or you might have to piece it together ...

I would start with Craigslist and a local junkyard/recycler.

I've seen a couple "complete" a/c systems on craigslist, but they never are... Usually, people don't realize or are too lazy to pull the evaporator? out from under the dash...

 

Awesome hopefully I can get lucky!! Haha what years will interchange with my 1986 pickup? Will 4runners stuff work? I would imagine their stuff under the dash wouldn't interchange though?
