So I wanna put in bucket seats in my reg cab. Are they hard to put in? What do I need to get to put them in? I'm sure 4runner seats will work.
Grab a fair sized plastic bucket and seat cushion from the sofa in the liveing room. mark a line then cut through bucket tell about 4 inc from bottom cut out word place seat cushion in the bottom then proceed to duck tape the newly made seat in simple eh ya be the talk of the town
It was funny and you already know the answer, you posted it yourself... 4Runner seats are a nice fit.
Yes it was lol. I was waiting for your reaction. K so the seats will work. Do I just need to make a bracket? Or cuz I have not looked, is there already bolt holes for them?
The outer front bolt holes will line up to locate the seats and they are the only ones that'll line up for sure. Drill the rest and slap some bolts in and you're done.
Awwww yes!!! I was thinking the same thing but just wasn't quite sure about that. Thanks. Now to buy some seats.
I had 86 mr2 seats in my 92. Used the outer front bench seat hole. Drilled the other three for each seat. Same base feet style as the trucks with horizontal front bolts. Super comfy. 4runners aren't your only option. Check other Toyotas.
Wish you were closer as I have a grey pair from a 95 4runner in like new condition that I need to sell. Good luck on finding some. 22R88
I used Subaru Impreza 2.2 seats in my '83, almost any bucket seats will work with the correct modifications.
Hoping to get like 275.00 but would be glad to come down for a fellow red yota owner. You are very far away though. 22R
Wow! Now that's mint condition. I would love to buy them. But the price is way too high for me and that's not even including shipping.
I found some toyota paseo seats for $25 a pair that i did a little mods including making a bracket and bend one of the brackets on the seat and drill a few holes. Work pretty good and love them.
