Anyways, did this over the weekend. Turned out alright for $80-90 and a day ina half of work. Now i just gotta find some 18s.
Nice job man but why did it cost 80-90 dollars to do? Mine only cost me maybe 20 dollars. But either way it looks good and one full day well spent
Hawaii pricing is nuts, plus bought a little too much material lol. Gotta do a little touch up but overall better than i thought she'd turn out.
I wish i took some... The truck was 2 diffrent colors originally when i bought it a month ago (2 types of way off blue) and looked like crappp . Gotta have my cousin do one more layer of %5 all around this coming weekend...then hopefully get to the drop right after. Maybe 2-3" kine nothing massive just a lil to stance'um.
Yep foam rollers. I would've sprayed it cause i know people that have a booth but rolling seemed to be like a easier option.
Ive been thinkin about sucking it up and doin mine too... think ill go with the black primer though... lol gonna take me back to my taggin days... i still have spray can tips though, so i should get nice fat solid lines
Interesting idea. Can you wet-sand the Rustoleum paint after it dries to get rid of the streaking from the overlapping rattlecan passes?
That's the key to making rattle can paint look good! Or at least on a smaller scale anyways... did my whole lower dash and it looks professional
i did my whole car !! n it came out great. Using Rega red, made the whole car super bright red and glossy.
