So I finally decided to register. I have lurked for a few weeks, thanks for the entertainment. I have a 1987 Xcab Longbed that I basically got for free. It had an auto tranny, ticking top end, an an unidentified oil leak. Im a mechanic, so it seemed like a good deal. Long story short: the truck was a pile of ****. I've had the truck for less than a month, and have basically rebuilt the whole thing. I'll create a build/project thread with pics in the near future.
Sounds good welcome to the forum you might wanna put some pictures up on here soon because the natives get restless were all Toyota junkies here so deal free to talk anything yota so do you have a stroker?
I'm bad about taking time to post pics, because I have a lack of patience with technology. I had a stroker Harley Shovelhead that was made to my specs with a custom hydraulic roller valve train and crank from an Evo, hence the one-off part. But...I sold that bike back in March.
