Its pretty cool going through those old skool magazines and seeing what was the "thing" back in the day.

What's the date on that mag? I have some old ones that look similar era. One was a truckin issue showing how to make cool fender flares from round steel rod and strips of sheet metal. Probably had an inch of mud over it but they looked killer.

That looks older than the issues I have. The only one I can find right now has a blue Datsun on the cover with a girl in a bikini. Oddly enough, I have that one sitting out on my dresser. lol

Is Minitruckin' or any other mini-truck specific magazine still for sale?

I can only find magazines for Classic Trucks (pre-59, or something), or Chevy trucks, or full size trucks.

I find the occasional Truckin' magazine with the occasional minitruck how-to articles but not too much mini-truck specific magazines...

Yeah, I bought this issue. Saw that your stuff is in it. This is the article I was thinking of in my first post above. But it is the only minitruck article.

Guess I will have to go back to Barnes and Noble and see if they have any Minitruck magazines...

Beefed, I looked at that same article last night at WalMart. Almost bought the issue because of it.

Oh. then I guess I need to subscribe to do my part to keep them in business...

Actually, there is one more "minitrucking" magazine, mainly for you 4X4 types. I think it is quarterly or bimonthly but there is a Toyota only trucking magazine. I forget the name of the magazine, but I do recall that it's always a hit-or-miss thing finding it at Barnes and Noble.
