91 standard cab build......

    Soo can't decide on a 4link or a wishbone setup....any opinions?

    Gotta pick up a peice of 2x4 this week sometime and build the 4link crossmember

    This is exactly where im at. I'm doing 1 1/4" too. I'm using 2x2 as the 4 link member. Just gonna brace it up good.

    Yaa I'm using 2x4 straight across notched like this ==\__/== and a standard 2x3 notch on top of that.....I have the steel too make it all out of 2x3 but iuna I kinda want it same height as factory frame there

    Mine is made outta 2x2, and flush with bottom of frame. Think ill have to notch it?

    I was reading through this thread with Megafactories on the TV in the background. Actually felt sorta fitting, seeing all the work that's going into this truck. Keep up the good work!

    Sheesh. So what's a safe thickness to go with. 1" maybe 3/4"?

    I cut it down too 3/8....best way too figure out is too measure....put the supension at full height and put in drive shaft and see....

    Gonna set up rear and set ride height soo I can start buildin the lower link bars and wishbone.....
