You've come a long way, dear friend. Haha that paint's base coat looks really great. how's it look up close?
Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Yeah I am a body tech, and I have a few years paint experience too. It seems like every weekend i plan to lay the last coats of base then clear it something comes up. Maybe next weekend.
Thanks guys. So now i need some wheels/tires. i think i want some 16 inch steelies. i like the steelies with the convex centers, and im leaning toward smoothies. maybe 9 inch wide, since i dont want to do much lip rolling. what would the offset need to be? 0?
Thanks. Its has a few flaws, kinda makes it easier to drive that way. Here's a pic with a little more side angle to it. i haven't took that many photos of it yet.
I've been measuring. I come up with 10 inch wide wheel with a 5 inch back spacing (-12 offset) will set out about an inch past my fenders. A 9.5 inch wide wheel with a 5.5 inch back spacing (+6 offset) will be flush with my fenders. A 8 inch wide wheel with a 4.5 inch back spacing (0 offset) will tuck but barely. Does that sound right?
