I already have a tube going to it...I just stuck it in there it fits on the inside of the hole. Seems to be in there firm enough I wouldn't think it wasn't a tight seal.

I looked at it and turns out I had the airflow sensor flipped around. So I just re did it the correct way and success. DOH! haha. My first intake replacement was ultimately a success tho! Live and learn I guess.
    Here's a final pic!

So I take it this site is more for the lowered toyota pickup because I haven't seen any lifted truck threads... but I'm not a fan of yotatech's layout. it's way more difficult to use. So whatever I'll just keep posting here lol.

12/1412 - Just ordered two red 5 LED wedge matrix bulbs from autoillumination.com and will do the speedo cluster light upgrade. I also got two 12" led strips off ebay for $8 cuz I'm doing the black and red theme throughout the truck. Should be cool. I'll post pics of course.

    Air intake mod

Reinstalled the tube piece that draws the colder air in and drilled holes in it so more air would get to the new filter. I think it was a good idea.. hadn't seen anyone else do it quite like that. Piczzzzz
