I did use the search function..
It just didn't answer all my questions. I'm just doing a static drop but I'm rubbing and love the hight its at. Besides having to relocate everything on the wheel wells is there anything else I should be concerned about also besides the mess of my engine bay rain will mmake.
Any problems people run into doing it? Can I see pics of static or bagged people who had to cut some out to make room and didn't cut the whole thing out?

I do not have bags but I got my truck with the cut fender walls. It was done for speed and lightening purposes.heres a pic[IMG]thought I had a better pic of just the wells but just that. anyways We moved the batt. to the bed and loomed up all the wires up front. Relocated the ignitor and coil next to the radiator and thats about it.Fenders were removed and walls were cut to the fire wall.[IMG]batt box padlocked to the tie down loop.I recomend if you do this to paint the backside of your headlight because it lights up the motor and you can see everything from the tire view.

Btw very hard to keep the motor clean. Rains a lot where im from thats why I'm running the filters on the Mikunis instead of cones. I was afraid of sucking in a bunch of water.

Thanks a ton! I may bag down the road but I want to do this to static drop real low and have good clearance.. since I posted this I found a good idea.. won't help you if your lookin for lightweight.. but it always rains 10 months out of the year here so after cutting wheel wells I was gonna get car dolly or trailer renders and lift to almost my hood and tack them on to help with some water deflection.. don't remember the member but saw an awsome pic of it.

    Again thanks for your input

I was once going to use the tire off a semi truck. I went as far as getting the tire and trying to cutt it. It is perfect size and i was going to wing nutt it and make it removable to race but it was a bitch to cutt so I gave up

Drivers side is a little tricky since you have the master cylinder and brake booster there

Thats what I used partner. It was ok at first then when I got towards the middle it was pinching the blade and the tire was absorbing the sawsall action and it was shaking me like a mfkr. like trying to cut a peice of wood thats flapping up and down with your cutting motion.Over here people use old tires for boat trailer fenders so thats where I got my idea but the semi tire is beefy.
