If your truck sits level but the tosions are at different heights, one of the torsions is probably sagging or something. Looks like your local as well. I have a set of stock torsions I will GIVE you if you do have a sagging torsion bar.
To retain good ride quality you should invest in a set of drop spindles and drop shocks so the torsions dont have to be cranked down so far. You'll have better ride quality and suspension geometry plus better tire wear.
Taking them out completely is a horrible idea as well as dangerous for you and other people on the road. Stuff like that gives minitruckers a bad name because people just wanna get low cheap and fast an do hack jobs (bagged guys as well).

@ Jose - let me know which direction you are headed and then I'll step you through "re-keying" the torsion bars.

FREE If you never touched the torsions before, there is no reason they should be un-even. Therefore re-keying the torsions will only be a temporary fix and can be prone to breaking the one that has been sagging.

EDIT : my torsions I have are for 89-95

Yeah I have messed with them and I am dumb because when I was oowering it the first time the truck was on the ground so the weight was on the torsion.

You were messing around with the suspension while under an unsupported vehicle? You are brave.

re indexing them isn't done at that bolt. it's done at the end of the torsion near the control arm. there is a "key" that bolts to the control arm. there is splines on the shaft. you adjust the splines in the direction that allows the bolt end to tuck up more.

i've known several people that have gone with no torsions at all and haven't had an issue. but i don't like a crappy ride, so i would do air. it's the best of both worlds, be low but still able to go over speedbumps without tearing crap up.

Take them out... I am sure you wont need them for anything important... After all, the silly factory messes up all the time by adding extra parts .....

    You're still having this problem?????

That thing is crazy low. That'll be the first thing to fall off when you hit a speedbump! Seriously, someone needs to just go up there and do it for him. Make sure he watches you to learn. I would definitely just head up there and do it for you for free just so a fellow minitrucker doesn't get stranded somewhere because of this. Between my work schedule, kids and wifey eating up my time, I would have done it for you.
Please find someone local to help you out and good luck
