Today's progress I got the driveshaft area cut out an link bars. Gonna try an weld it up tomorrow and I decided I'm lowering the rear floor 3.5" in the rear and I got my radiator in
looking good man! after seeing how easy the swap is to throw on a reg cab frame i might be try this out too. i actually just found a guy selling a 4runner body on CL in town that would be perfect. i have heard u move the rear body mounts back a little and reweld them, correct?
I thought it was gonna be easy but there's a lot of little things to do. There's a few mounts you have to move then cut out for the driveshaft raise rear floor and wiring. But its fun cause no one around here has one
Ya its a 4door. I wanted it done by this weekend but not gonna happen didn't work on it today cause I just woke up haha.
Been lacking on pics so I got some from this.past week. The back piece isn't welded in yet still need to lower the floor but waiting on a piece of fuel filler hose I ordered.
Also need to make a few filler pieces but other than tht she's coming along nicely slower than I want but I can't work on it as much as I'd like because its at my brothers house an I can't go there if he's not home
Ya I'm going but not taking my trucks. But ill be there non the less. I was planning on debuting the runner at D2E day but its cancelled.
Well I haven't updated this in awhile. Got the floor 90% welded in but not finished because I moved an the truck is still at my brothers for a few more weeks. But I decided when its drivable I'm going to sell it, sad to say but I need to finish my truck an get a daily.
Brought the runner home!!!! Onto pics also it was my first time seeing it laid out which made me wanna start working on it again. Laying running board Rear bumper to ground There was so much **** in here u cudnt see the floor
Floor is done an truck airs up an runs just needs a mass air flow sensor cudnt find anything at picknpull by the way its for sale 3500 obo
Damn dude, i'm only in Ione, i wish i could afford to take over the project. Hope you can find someone good for it.
