i could hear my driver side timing guide break about a month after buying the truck and i didnt nothing about it for 3,000 miles while i rebuilt the body and interior but eventually i got on it. took about 4 days but i was in no rush -timing kit from napa i would have liked the one from engnbldr but it didnt **** to alaska -new water pump -new radiator (now runs 10 degrees cooler) -new belts and hoses -new thermostat tdc. used a walkthrough i found on toyota nation it think, it made it easy, still long though the oil pan was an absolute nightmare. had to drop steering linkage, cross member, skid plate, and jack the engine off the frame pain in the ass crank bolt broke easy with the ignition trick new chain it was nasty i there well underway new gear water pump almost back together thermostat all back together
Yeah I just laid in the floorboard with my legs outside the drivers side door and found a place I could squeeze my arm up there through. Took me like 2 minutes to swap out the light that had a short in it.
cool ill give it a try sounds much better than taking it apart again. What happens when led bulb burn out? i feel like i have some sort of a short
