I kno you guys love pics so here's my first one it's to big but leaves me room for it to shrink an cut excess off. It'll be hand bend with the help of some curved pieces of 1/8th inch I made

Ya I figured I was gonna have to use the hammer to match the grille. The metal I got is 18ga kinda thin but easy to bend and i figured it'd be enough since it's just goin on the fender

 

Different dad, same mom. Or really good friends. I got a buddy with 3 bros 2 sis same mom, 3 different dads.


Good luck man I hope you do better than I did. I could never get the decreasing radius in the taper from top to bottom as it goes around corner to look good enough to use the ones I made.

 

My mom an him were getting divorced an she got pregnant same time an then she remarried awhile later and her new husband adopted me. But ya I'm gonna work on these today I used some thin metal that's really bendable so hopefully I can manipulate it into the shape I want
