What center consoles fit in our trucks? Or what have you used. Goin to pick n pull Saturday an wanna find one for my truck

 

Explorer, 4runner, s10/blazer, anything mini/midsize based should look good. I have a modded 98 s10 one in my 78.

 

I built my own using a Hoffman fiberglass electrical enclosure from an electrical supply house, a gauge pod I bought at a flea market and a fabricated cup holder I bought on eBay.

 

I got a 4 runner in one and a Ford Explorer lim edit in the other. really if you just take a few measurements around your shifter and then between the seats you can use anything as long as its not TOO tall just gotta make custom brackets cause sometimes the existing brackets wont conform to the tranny tunnels in our trucks

 

I was thinkin of gettin a 4runner one. There's probably 8 90s body style 4runners at my local picknpulls (2 in the same city and down the street from eachother

Yea I'm sure it would. Whatever you use it just has to fit in between the seats and you can make some brackets for it. I used my welder but you don't really even have to weld you could just bolt in some angle brackets or whatever. I used a 4 runner center and it fits well and still leaves room on the sides for the seatbelts.

 

Im makin a console type thing to fit in between the seat belts on my bench seat, i need cupholders really bad

 

+1 i hate those high on the dash mounted pull out cupholders....and large drinks dont fit in them!!

 

I never used the ones on my yota. The lil armrest thing popped off the hinge (i had a split bench in it) so i would just put my drinks in the opening. Lol. My nissan has no cupholders at all so i had to make something
