I think they're the same as vented. 4runners are different though

4dr 4Runner doors wont work cuz the top rear corner is squared. Pickup doors are rounded at that corner. Ifits a crew cab im not sure on how the doors look. Im still sayin to just swap the glass, window rubbers and tracks

Just measure what u already have

    4Runner doors wont fit.

Only difference from vented-non vented is the glass, window tracks, and rubbers.

ok people, i dont know if i am asking the wrong way or what but i will try to exsplain again,

here in aus the NONVENTED DOORS ARE NON EXSISTANT, the only way we can get them in oz if we find a 2 door toyota surf/4runner model of the same year and swap the door shells over.

i am after some NON VENTED door shells for my 2wd 90 hilux RN85, BUT as the surf/4runner 2 doors are increadably hard to find its all most imposible to get the NON VENTED door shells i am after.

there is no company in aus that makes after marked NON VENTED doors shells as the aus marked hilux was never made with them and there is not enought 2 door surf/4runners over here for a company to sell enough of them so it would be a waist of a time for a manufacture to make then.

SO i have com to the conclusion that if the toyota pickup from the US maket from the same years 89-95 are the same car ( visualy i cant see a difference from pics) as the 89-95 AUS hilux. i am plaining to buy the door shells, regulators, motors, and rubbers from US. but as this will set me back about 500-700 aus dollars i would like to know the dimention of the US maket NON VENTED doors to make sure both the US and AUS market hilux/pickup doors are interchangable. because if they are not i will just stick with modifing some hilux doors.

i hope this can get me an answer.

    thanks sam.

We need to know what dimensions you want exactly. Pics would help. Then we'll go from there.

As stated before, while the 4runner doors may be different, all hilux models, US or overseas should be the same regardless of whether they are vented or not. Unless of course, it is a 4 door crew cab.

    Sam,

I feel bad for you. If I had the door I would measure them for you. Why do we have to spend so much time trying to tell him what he needs and does not need. Why not just measure your doors if you got the year he wants and let him handle the rest, then he can worry about losing the dough if he makes the mistake.

I think everyone means well, but it just seems to be creating frustration...

Ha ha yeah very frustrating. I need the length of the door in mm taken from the crease in the door it should be around 1130mm and the hight from the back of the door. So from the back of the come in about 50-100mm then get the distance from the bottom of the door to the very top. It should be around 1180mm. This can be done wile on the car. And it's from the view as if the door was closed and your standing at the side of the car looking at the outside of the car. I hope this helps you guys help me.

Ok, first, why is the rest of the world always making us convert to metric? You have a calculator just like I do.

Anyway, I digress, here we are...

We have a width of 44 5/8" and a height of 44 5/16". If I remember correctly, that would be 1133mm wide and 1125mm high.

Now, I took pictures of how I measured it so that you can see how I did it. Your description was a little vague and since our measurements aren't the same, I may not have completely understood your directions.

Oh, and sorry about the metric rant... it really doesn't bother me.:D

Linton your a bloody legend! That's exactly what I am after. Now I will see if they match up. And do you thing there would be any difference in doors from left hand drive and right hand drive? Besides window switches and door cards?

Yeah I was thinking that, just a ball park figure on what prices you guys would think it would cost to get the shells, window rubbers, motors and reg shipped to aus under 800$ aus?

Power doors without the wing window can still be difficult to find here. They are around, but mostly only on 89-90 SR5 4x4 pickups. The majority of 91-95 SR5 4x4 pickups have wing windows.

Check Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market and search for 1989 Toyota Truck, Door front, then choose this option for each side :

w/o vent window; elec windows, sail mtd mirror (Right or Left)

looks like there are some out there and they go for 125-300 per door. Then you just have to find one that will ship it to you

On a side note,I would be really surprised if the door shell of a wing window vs non wing window would be different. If the shells are the same I should have everything you need to swap over - rubber, glass, seals, tracks, regulators, door harness. I have a set of blue and grey SR5 door panel as well, but the grey ones have holes cut in them for speakers.

I had everything I needed to convert my non wing windows to SR5 power doors when I came across the doors you are looking for, so now I have the extra parts

the only thing different from vent to non vent is probably just a hole here or there. Toyota kept the trucks very well interchangable
