Tubular uppers with smaller wheels?

    Anyone running tube uppers from cando or anywhere else thats running 16's or smaller and bagged?

    i believe evo was running either 15 or 16 wheels with tubular arms..... may wanna ask him.

    forgot to mention........ ask seth? twisted minis........ he has some builds with lots of different combinations...... he may be able to remember the smallest wheels he ever mounted with tubular uppers....
