i'm going to take a look at it tomorrow, but from the pics it looks like one of those big bulky ones, i prefer a flush one but as long as it doesnt come up to high i'll be happy, what do you guys think about price? i'll have to get it painted too

I went to a dealer and asked how much for a floor-demo model and i got it for 300 installed. i had to paint it as well but it beat paying the 1k for a color matched one.

you might want to try that and see if you get anything close to what you want.

89 to 04 beds are the same size. my bro has a 04 taco and we have swapped covers in the past.

 

Ask the guy if you can try it on first and see if you like it. Then if you do then offer him like 200 or 250 for it.
