Great stuff, it looks really good!

Interested to see what's happening with your rear window. I am tossing up between just getting a new piece of glass cut, or making an opening window by adapting a slider, a large electric sunroof, or making up a one-off.

Strange to see the interior, here in Australia we drive on the correct side of the road so our cabin is a mirror image of yours.

Also very interested to see what you do with brakes.

    Why the boat paint?

Are those tail lights from ebay? Just bought some new ones off ebay and instead of just red and clear it also has amber like yours. I don't really care cause the old ones were cracked. Just was wondering if it was from a diff. year or maybe JDM.

    Thanks

235 tires 17" american racing wheels,

i got to get the seat recovered. 250 bucks is what they said it would be,
the seat is less comfortable then a old school bus seat,i'm 6" 220 lbs, i dont even fit in the damn thing theres no where to lean up against ,you cant realy get slouched over in it and ride out. you sit on the 90* angle bench strait up and drive.

i need to get a new battery for my camera. i'll get some pics up of the engine all put back together . and the blinkers.

what i did was run longer wires up to them on the underside of the hood.ran it inside of some black split loom, only the power wire, the ground for the light is hooked to the lights mounting bolt. and it makes a good enough ground path through the hoods hinges. it works good as hell and you cant realy even see them until there on. if you look at the picture of the front of the truck you can just see them

i epoxied some fasteners under the hood to hold the loom so it doesent look $hity.

these are the lights. i cut one of the mounting tabs off of it, and just used the one with the ground ring. the rectangular shape of the light fits rite into the holes in the upper hood grill, and there is a flat piece of metal to mount it to in the hood with a 10# machine screw

then get a modern electronic flasher so it doesent blink fast like it has a bad bulb, because the watts are different

i just used heat shrink but conectors and hooked up the extra light to the blinker wire, it works fine.
I tried it with and without the extra light and liked it better working

to find more stuff for these trucks look up RN10 ,even though allot of our trucks are RN12's they list more stuff as RN10.

Great, thanks. If there's any chance you can stick your head under the car one day and look for a stamp/sticker on the back/inside of the wheels that would be great.
