Alright so on my ford it takes alot to lift the front driver side bag. Like 120psi on driver side an I'd say 80ish for the passenger side. When I fill them both to 120 the passenger side gets way more lift. What could be causin this. Only thing I can think of is different sized bags on the front

    Sounds like 3 possibilities

    1. Could be a bad pressure sensor on one of the bags... driver OR pass side.

    2. Could be a bad shock/shock placement which is causing it to slow things down.

3 Two diff. size bags upfront but I see no reason why this would have been done.

    Good luck

Neither do I but why would someone use speaker wire to wire everything lol. I'll try unbolting the shock

    good idea

to rule things out quickly, try swapping the pressure sensors around. If the reading follows then you know you have a bad sensor. If not, then you prob have a bad/stiff shock causing the problem

    Just thought of this...

When was the last time you checked you're ball joints? Maybe they're dried up and full of friction?

The gauges are just air line to a dual needle. Haven't checked the ball joints out yet. I'm thinkin it could be the shock i remembered it's at a pretty severe angle. And idk if the passenger side has a shock I'll have to check

I have also seen one bag mounted slightly in or out from the center of the other side. This would create more leverage on one side requiring less pressure to lift. Also, the further out on the arm it's mounted, the less lift you get, even at full pressure. Make sure the lower bag plate is mounted using the same bolts/holes.

I'll have to check it out in day light. The bags look like mounted in same place but I'm guessing it's the shock

make sure the line from valves are equal to each other per side. also make sure there are no kinks in the line. other then that make sure bags are the same and either suspension parts are to tight on 1 side or to loose..

Lines are equal length. It's not the shock I don't think both sides have them an passenger is fine. Still leaning towards different bag sizes or maybe even in different spots

its most likely a kinked line. somewhere its kinked pinched or something. its not ur valves. different heights could be caused by different bag bracket placement. or as u sed different bags. but if the bags was different u would tell drastically.

But say I have 160 in each one side is still alot higher. Maybe it's bag placement as stated. I'll have to check when it's better weather

It could also be a ball joint or something else binding. Did you say that the one side stays lower the whole way up?
