A fan would not be needed. The LEDS are very efficient compared to the light bulbs and should not get hot if done right.

    thanks!

it'll be ok, its basically the same stuff that headlights are made of nowadays even has a UV coating on it, and most of the heat is contained in the projector, if i need to i can always take it off and make another lens, i have enough to make two more sets

I think your referring to the turn signals right? no LEDs in my headlights..these type of LEDs do run cool and i have no problems with them heating up, even in my third brake light that is on much more than my turn signals, some other high watt LEDs do require heatsinks tho

I figured the little scratches would annoy you and distort your valued light output.

and did you use some fancy hex cap socket bolts to hold your headlights together? man I'd hate to see someone steal them. GARAGE THAT BABY!

They look good. Thats just for running lights right? Or were you going to make them turn siglans as well? Try snap some night shots.

Also how did you take the lense off the rest of the hardware?

I like it. But what about some hyper white LEDs instead of the orange? So it matches the headlights

Damn that looks clean. I think if you keep it orange it will help get the police off of you but white would look nice with your headlights. You really should start making kits to sell to us.
