I have no clue. It is really wierd though. I might just drop a 350 small block in it with an automatic. This way I can try to fit 20's a little easier and not have to deal with relocating the clutch. Also I'm a little more savy with chevy engines. But I am unsure how I can hook up the toyota speedometer, and all the other electronics. I've never put a motor in something that it wasn't made to go in.

Hey some of those inline 6's are much better than a chevy engine. You should find out what it is. Where did I see tach adapters? I think I saw something on lcengineering.com. Or was it an MSD ignition thing....

I had to work overtime today and by time I got out I didn't want to bother my friend for a look at the engine. Right now it is already all taken apart, so replacing bearings and stuff won't be as hard as it would have been all together still. Tomorrow I work all day, I will try to find out Sunday.

    Fuel injected 4 cylinder. I think its a 2.4l
Good fuel economy motor. Last forever with general maintaince. Can get up into the 1xx,xxx mileage then will need a rebuild. Not high hp like a chevy motor.

I small block is looking pretty good right about now! Lmao. I say this because I have about three 454 big block blocks sitting here, I think three 350 lt1 complete motors, and I'm pretty sure an old 350 block in the trailer. But putting it in and having it function with the stock gauges and everything, tough :/

There's really not that many gauges lol
speedometer, tachometer, fuel is really all you need

you could get aftermarket gauges and sensors I'm sure you would not have any trouble finding what you need.

I still say stick with Toyota though 1UZ if you like V8s

So here is some more questions that I have been dieing to ask all day.
I am pretty set on putting a set of 20's underneath it and I'm seeing that by tubing the front of the cab, I will have to do some magic with the clutch. But if I have automatic, I should have no problem with that. So, anybody want to trade auto for my manual trans?

Just took a look at that straight 6. Apparently it is actually out of a supra. I have pictures!
