thingamajigger.jpg The spherical things has a hose that comes from the vacuum hose coming off of the brake cylinder that goes to the intake plenum, the cylindrical thing on the wheel well has a hose that goes into the cab, and the cylinder thing on the right side has 3 wires that go into the cab as well. I have never seen these on other trucks, so I am just wondering what they are and whether i can get rid of them.

The wires do go to a box under the dash that looks aftermarket, but all of the labels have pretty much disintegrated. I think I can make out the word "cruise" though, so you may be right.
so cool, I might have cruise control?
now how to turn it on........

so there was what looked like a 90s cruise control lever/knob/button thing zip tied to a bundle of wire under the dash.

too late, ripped everything else out already

thanks Jetas, you were spot on
