I have a 93 xtra cab, new rims and tires. I have the same kindof shake coming from the rear end. New u joint and transmission tail seal. Is the pinion angle where the drive shaft and differential point? Cus I have 3" blocks and no wedge to fix the pinion.

I developed an odd vibration similar to yours when I got new wheels and tires. I could feel it in the seat the most. But I could feel the vibrations going thru the truck from front to back, back to front (if that makes sense). I also lowered truck a bit more at same time. Thought it was tires, got those balanced. Vibration was still there. Moved onto the ujoints, swapped them out and still had a shake. Didn't do anything with pinion angle since I have had other yotas dropped more without an issue. Oddly enough, my vibration was caused by a bad steering stabilizer. Swapped shock out and vibration is gone! Apparently, these trucks develope a 'high speed wobble' at like 35mph. At least thats where the shaking got bad. This might not be your problem, but its worth checking out. I would have never thought that.

I have vibration comming from rears too. I can see the passenger seat vibrating, but it happens around 55mph on. Balance and rotated tires, but no change.
