I'm debating on which 4-link I should get. I want something thats gonna give me a good bit of lift and is very stable and solid...... So which is better? the wishbone or triangulated?

I come from the world of 4x4 buggies. If you are talking about a triangulated three link (wishbone), and a true triangulated 4-link. There is really no difference in lateral stability. If the angles of the triangles are the same, you get the same support on either set up.
