is there a company that makes a trans adapter to bolt up a 20R to a gm turbo 350 trans? I can no longer drive stick due to an accident where I lost use of my legs. Also does any one know of a company that sells hand controls?

advance adapters has a "(P/N 712556) Dodge NV4500 to Toyota 20R &22R adapter Kit $272.55 " is the only thing transmission to toyota motor instead of the usual other motor to toyota transmission stuff that i could find..

might be able to just switch to a toyota trans.. one of the later model auto's might bolt up. is there a reason to use the GM350/400 transmissions over other types of autos? aren't most of the hand control kits a universal fit?

i saw some cool trigger based hand control kits when i was researching some info for you, they seem to be a lot nicer then one i drove back in the day that had a lever setup, it was really touchy from not being used to using it.
they might be kinda steep in price, might be able to look into some gov. grants and stuff to help out in the hand controls, and maybe even in converting your truck if desired, every little bit helps and there are plenty of people/organizations out there to do so. here are some links..

here is a forum talking about tax break and options for converted cars/converting? just skimmed and thought it might have some good info on that side of it too.

An auto mated to a 20R is going to be a dog.
If you're willing to do a swap like that, swapping in a 22R/RE and Toy auto would be better and easier.
