I have owned a 1991 Toyota mini since 1991. It was the cheapest new truck you could buy at the time. $6800 if I remember correctly (no back bumper. no passenger side mirror, no radio, no A/C, etc...). I lowered it by adjusting the torsion bars on front and put 3 inch blocks on the back. I also put 16: supra wheels on it.

Somewhere around 1996, I bought a 1984 FJ60 (with A/C) and parked the mini in the barn. Over the years, my dad robbed all sorts of parts off of it for his 91 truck. Chances are, it will never be a truck again...

I plan on (maybe) using the front half of the frame, front suspension, steering, brakes, and rear axle under a 1954 Studebaker that I just bought. I want the Stude to sit low and tuck the front tires.

    What I bought

What I'm shooting for (just not the $500,000 price tag)

    I'm thinking a 1UZ would be a cool motor to use....build a 1954 SC400?

    ...Maybe a 3RZ swap from a T100.
