Sticking valve

    I have 1992 toyota truck with a 22re with 134000 mi with a sticking on the #4 cl is there a oil additive or something i can use thanks in advance

    i also have a prblem when i go to turn off my truck it turns off like ****t like it still wants to runs for like a second more............................my carb is tuned need help thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1992 22RE isnt carbed...


    well try this, with the hood open and engine running, disconnect the wire clipped onto the distributer, just pull it off and see if the engine shuts off the same or not.

    i just tryed that and now that you told me and it died out cherry like as if i turned off my truck good

    we'll try to see whats wrong, how long do you think it actually takes to shut off? with a good idle for me, i can turn the key fob from run to acc and back to run and still have it run!

    not me once it cuts it over but now it is kinda sloppy

    why would you do that ??? its going to shut off no matter what, no spark...

    key fob ? thats the remote for the locks, you mean when you turn your key off. But why would you switch it from on to off to on, thats not good your gunna break something.

    I wouldnt worry about that, I dont know what that proves whether it stays on or not ?
