starter

    I bought a starter.I was alot bigger than the factory one.So I took it back.I go to looking and there looks like there 2.One big one and then one that looks like the factory.Could somebody tell me if the bigger one will work?Is ther 2 or do I need to buy the one that looks like it.Its $85 dollars at rockauto.

    Search it on here...i remember seeing another person who had the same issue, has to be modified a bit but it is the correct one i believe

    Ive searched and searched and cant find it.Does anybody know the thread by chance.Any help would thanked.

    1978 Toyota Galavan Motorhome.
    You need the gear reduction starter. The (cheaper) one will not clear the hydraulic clutch cylinder.
