That must of been lots of work to polish. Nice touch of bling. You replace the half moons?

How hard was it to get the civic seat install? How much mod had to be done?

Civic seats pretty much drop right in. You have to bend one rail hole flat which is easy. that hole won't line up, but the other 3 line up almost perfect.

As for the grant detachable steering wheel hub and wheel. I bought that from jegs online. It's a little pricey but worth it imo. The detachable hub is $150 and then you still need a grant steering wheel and adapter kit. I bought the steering wheel first and then Added the detachable hub later. The truck isn't going anywhere unless you tow it.

Do you happen to know what year the civic seats are from?

Tonight we trimmed the inner fenders and installed my new old skool wide angle rear view mirror. When I would have a passenger in the truck with a load in the back it would rub the back tire a little on the passenger side. Trimming the inner fenders gives me a perfect tuck now no matter how low I decide to go in the future.

So this is what Im working on now. Looking to install some 2001 Prelude seats I picked up off Craigslist. I had preludes originally that came with the truck. They looked better IMO and had a lower profile for more leg and head room in the truck. The ones I had were in bad shape though. These are ALOT cleaner. I also picked up some HID's off Ebay and some new LED's and new rubber door seals for driver and passenger side.

Those headlights are fawking terrible. They blind oncoming traffic yet you can't see worth a damn at the same time. If you want to be able to at least see while you're blinding traffic put those bulbs in some hella housings.

I was planning on getting some real Hella projectors so the HID's have a proper cuttoff. For now these will have to do. I haven't seen the cutoff on these yet.

There isn't a cut off. That's just a chunk of glass suspended over the bulb not a projector.

I am also planning on moving my 6x9's out of the little sealed boxes they are in now and mount them in the doors. I am making room to install a 4runner center console I ordered on ebay.

Took out the grey 1997 Civic seats. They looked nice but they were a little too thick. They might have worked better for a shorter person. The bolt holes lined up better also.

Put in the new Black 2001 Prelude Seats. The bolt holes dont line up the same. I am going to need some modification for the back holes, but these seats have a lower profile (maybe an inch lower) and the drivers seat has more adjustments. Much more comfortable for a taller person than the old civic seats.
