Soft clutch pedal?

    When you replace the part, use a flared wrench to break the hard brake line fitting going into the MC, a regular open end wrench can very easily chew up the fitting.

    After you get everything replaced and go to bleed the system, have a friend help you like Navy outlined above. Fill the reservoir with fluid, and give the system a few pumps (this will force the air down the line to the slave cylinder). Have one person at the slave cylinder and one in the drivers' seat. Put a clear piece of hose on the bleed nipple to a bottle elevated just above the slave cylinder (this will always keep fluid in the line so when you open and close the bleed nipple it will have fluid to suck back in). Pump the clutch pedal three times and hold steady pressure about 1/2 pedal to the floor and have the slave cylinder person open the bleed nipple a little and air bubbles should come out. Don't let the pedal go all the way to the floor. Close the bleed valve and have them pump again. Do this process a few times until the bubbles stop.
