Xxr002 16x8 zero offset on 205/45/16s chose a smaller tire cause I didn't want body roll to chew my tires and fenders up at autox I just took for a spin first time it's been on the road sense jan 1st rear breaks are shot in the back if it ain't one thing it's another
This is really nice man!!! How are you lowered? Blocks and springs in the rear??? Spindles in the front? I want mine to have the same stance..
Thanks fellas I lowered using drop spindles and a tad of a torsion adjust ..in the back it's 3 inch blocks and mono leafed ..I'll try to get some level shots my drive way is pointing downward throws the appearance off
iLike the way it looks makin' me wish iCould afford some of those haha... do the tires ever rub your front or back fenders? jus wonderin
An no rubbing yet but I haven't really gotten down on it yet sense my back breaks are falling apart ...I got these wheels for 89 dollars each so it was ruffly 430 shipped they had a sale going on and I had to get em Beyond ... I got the tails and clear fronts from eBay they pop up on there every now and then
Cool deal. I see the front lenses all the time, ill keep an eye out for the tails as I need new ones anyway.
Mad props on your truck!!!, are those XXR's, how did you fit those rims on?, Was it difficult with the hub centric of the truck being to big?
87jdmtruck ...they fit without any clearance issues on fenders I did use a 45 series tire to aid in keeping the rubbing issue down . As far as hubcentric I'm not using any rings just tighten the lugs evenly snug them up buy hand then torqued to spec .had it up to 80 on the highway no vibs yet
Oh wow, yeah I believe the hub centric on these trucks are usually larger than the rims on Toyota cars, like the Corolla Trueno, Honda civic's, which are the main cars that have the good styled rims! But you made it possible man so cheers to that! Where did you paint your truck at?
