Started suiciding the driver door. Finished welding the top door frame to the body. Just need to cap where I cut it apart and body work it.

Sorry guys been lacking updates was messing with the door for awhile. Door only opens about 45° before hitting the body Idk what else to try so I'm leaving it and it'll have a strap to limit it which I'm fine with. Since I only did the driver door I flipped the latch upside down to mount it to the front. Still works like factory. Reused factory striker aswell

Also thinking about doing an open roof with a canvas top that snaps on similar to what hot rodders do. Pic for reference. It's this or a ragtop but don't really have an extra 500 to spend on that when I have 2 projectso and a house

So about 2 years ago I started this swap and haven't been able to get it to start took a break and did other things today. I overlooked the positive battery cable when I did the negative. Decided to do it today and she fired 2nd try. Smoked myself out but hey she runs haha

Hahaha! Did you start feeling tired, lips numb or headache? Ventilation is the key.

Thanks man. Not gonna do the passenger side until after next month because there's a show I'm taking it too. Got my radiator yesterday. It's for a land cruiser need to move the mounts for it to fit. And ordered a new clutch reservoir didn't like how I did it the first time.

Got the radiator mounted yesterday after a lot of thinking on how to do mounts since it's out of a land cruiser but that's done. Made a radiator cover for the top. And cut a hole in the hood and ground down some tacks.

All air lines ran just need to run wires for the switchbox. Driveshaft shortened and hooked up. Gonna get a clutch line today. Deciding on either paint or powder coat for suspension. I found the color I want the body and I'd like suspension to match so thinking paint everything underneath aswell.
