I have a 87 SR5 with 90K miles all stock aside from a short ram intake, as of two days ago whenever I accelerate in the 1.5k - 3k rpm range my truck will shake as well as have a noticeable loss in power. Today it was exceptionally bad but it was also accompanied by a difficulty starting the truck; key was in and the door ajar buzzer would go off but all the lights on the dash were dim and when i tried to start i would only get a click, then silence, after trying to start it 4-5 times i checked the cables. After fiddling with the cables still no bueno until maybe my 3rd try then it started.
Not sure if they are related or two completely different issues... any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
