Place to connect towing hook at rear or front of truck

    I have no towing package installed on truck where you think is best place to hook up towing rope hook in the rear and in the front in case i want to use truck to pull another car on my driveway up the hill?

    1986 Regular Cab
    In the rear...Your bumper or to the frame somehow(NOT to axle or leaf springs).
    In the front...A tow hook or the frame(NOT to suspension components like your strut rods).
