ok so i am thinking about finding rims that would give my truck a old school feel any ideas. something that would give it a old school jap feel would be awesome.
How about Dodge Charger steelies? They bolt right on. I just took these off of my truck. They're for sale, btw. 17" Charger wheels/tires
Maybe some 15x8 of 16x8 centerlines, some deep dish rims with stretched tires and make them stick out a bit. Like an old school japan drifter.???
The charger wheels aren't bad just not the look i am looking for the truck but i might know someone that wants them what year charger are they off of?
Unfortunately not in 0 offset. These are actually ARE 192s (shh don't tell the Enkei purists although American Racing used the Enkei molds) I found these wheels at a place in Norwalk, CA. (heard of them on eBay and then bought in person when I was down there.) They had been in their shop since the early '90s and had never been mounted. I had to polish them up a little but they turned out great. They may still have some sets. They also had black.
i have a set of enkei 92s 14x7 0 offset if you are interested they look just like toydatto's just smaller and not as in good of shape
What i would love is a set of watanabe's 8 spoke there just 400 a piece new in japan then shipping and customs on top of that so i figure i would ask you all what else is out there that would give a good old school feel like they do.
I had a tough time finding 5 lug old school Japanese wheels on a budget. The styles I was looking for seemed to all be in 4 lug. Check out Rotas RBs and XXR 002s. They come in 16" 5 lug. I just did google searches for my bolt pattern to see what came up.
The Advan's aren't bad. Since I don't want to measure the bolt patten for my truck. Anyone know what it is?
