Oil gauge and Voltage gauge?

    Truck:
    1983 Toyota 2wd Short
    So i have the stock oil pressure gauge and voltage gauge but i have the Canada version but picked up a US gauge plugged them in the Oil pressure gauge works on the Canada one but not the US gauge.. Is it different wiring?
