I used the NRG slim hub with the slim QR... I had to make a custom 1/4 inch delrin spacer to make it work and also mod the horn mech in the QR as the closer u put the QR to the slim hub the steering shaft will protrude threw the center where the horn mech. Normally goes so I removed it and wired my horn to a button under the column...

With a deep corn style wheel was to close to the driver i didnt like it at all...you must use a flat wheel..and if you use a normal hub or a standard QR the space issue gets worse and you have to take your hand off the wheel to signal...gets annoying.. bolted it on took it right back off

I ended up just bolting my 320mm deep wheel straight to the slim hub for a perfect fitmemt for me ... I'm thinking of getting a flat wheel and going back with the QR... but yeah... hope my info helps
Sorry I have no pics with the QR on the Yota

Gives you an idea on spacing

Bolting the wheel straight to the hub is close!!! I had to put tap between the button and steering shaft/nut to keep from setting the horn off

But I do have the slim QR on my Ghia did the same mod... here you can see the delrin and how I modded the center on the QR to basically sandwich the hole unit as one... but you loose your horn unless you run a wire like I did but its a pain in the ass to connect I just tuck it away and yell at people... but yeah learned this trick when I was in the 240 game... with deep corn wheels the adaptor needs to be slim as possible unless you have t-rex arms

I've have this same QR and Nardi on like 6 diff cars so far... that's actually a momo hub for a datsun 510 I cut modified and rebroched when I no longer had the Datsun and didn't wanna drop a bill on a VW momo hub only to have to hack it up.... when in doubt make it work!! :)

I had to bore out this hole to let the steering nut protrude
