so im kind of stumped on my wiring in my truck. after messing around ive gotten my windshield wipers to work and my heater to work and then dash lights and running lights. something happened now the dash lights are gone and my running lights also dont work. my fuses all look ok but i ran a multi meter to them and the only fuse getting power is the engine one at like 12v and another at like 0.60 volts. i am stumped

i believe all wires behind the fuse panel are fine. there are still multiple things unplugged in the dash but i can not find spots for them anywhere.

and you might not be able to see but there are about 4 prongs coming off the fuse panel that arent connected to anything. there is one single female connector on the harness and another t shaped 2 prong connector that comes off the harness or is in the dash.

Hell anyway to look at the back of the headlight switch? All the parking and HL wires run thru there

Have you isolated where the break in the power is using the multimeter?

Trace the power from the fuse to where ever it goes. You will find the break in the line. Yes, this will be time consuming, but from what I read, this seams to be your best option at this point..
