Hi. Recently I replaced my front brakes, rotors and pads with TRW ones. Just a few 1000 kms down the road they started pulsating when brake pedal is engaged. It seems but I might be wrong that it pulsates more on light application and not so much on hard application of the pedal . I disassembled everything again, made sure the slide pins are lubed, reapplied a bit more copper paste to the metal contacts of the pads with the caliper and piston. Pads and rotors seem to be fine. It still pulsates and not sure what to check next. I think it is a PD60 type caliper . Any advice?
    Thanks!

Pulsating is usually caused by warped rotors. Yours are new, so that shouldn't matter unless they're warped from the factory.
Does your truck have ABS? A malfunction in the ABS sensor could also cause pulsating.

Thanks for the comment. No there is no ABS. My next idea is to try and swap back the old rotors to see if the new ones are the cause for the problem but it is such a messy job every time...

warpd.jpg Is this one warped according to the photo? You can see some deforms in the inner side of the rotor , the inner lip is in an uneven thickness.
When turned by hand there is some eneven resistance

That's the backing plate. Has nothing to do with rotor warp. You can't use that for a sight line.

Im talking about the gap between the two inner lips of the rotor where the vents are. the thicknes of the material varies
