Each winter I address problems or make some tape of change to my truck to stay competitive the following show season.
This winter started with the air leakage from the tanks & also at the drivers side. That is how fixed, bad check valves @ the tanks & a outer tear at the front bag!
Now working on the removable notch cover, the air craft type fitting taps kept bending due to not enough material to weld them too, came up with a fix ,will use 3/16'' stock to weld them to & mount them under the joining surface with pop rivets from the top, so can remove if needed!
Than change out the AC pump & recharge the system, & on to some paint work!!

That would have saved a lot of time, but I wasn't even sure what design or pattern I was going to use. I made around 5 different ones ,taped them in place & looked at from afar . Plus hand building is way more fulling! Plus if it was easy to do everyone would be doing it, did this mod in 2012 & haven't seen anyone do it yet!!
