Here it is. 4 months of hard work crashed into shit. The truck got inspected today and as much as the inspector said that he could tell the truck was restored from bottom up their system and policies could only let him do so much. They are paying me off but 5K which is a few thousands less than what I have invested in the truck. I'll buy the truck back and transfer everything over to a new frame as the frame is twisted from the impact. Will have to cut off the old core support and install a new one also. Over all it's a complete cluster f*|< situation smfh.

Dam brother I'm really sorry to hear this, kinda figured it was a total loss seeing as how are trucks will total out with even a minor fender bender. I guess maybe it could be an opportunity to change the minor things you could have the first go around. Sorry man just trying to find any little thing that could turn into a positive for you.

Thanks man, and yea I'm thinking about it. It's been a long week after all of this. I'll give it time and decide what I'll do next but I'm most likely going to keep the look the same. But we will see.

Damn!! Glad that you're ok. I've almost lost mine a couple times which kind of has me concerned about installing the lsd. The open diff makes it harder for the back end to step out. With no weight in the rear, once that back end comes out at speed, it's almost impossible to regain control.

Hope you rebuild and come back stronger.

Whoa.....dang man that really sucks. Im sorry for you lost. 5 grand is pretty good from an insurance company, but granted its not as much as you put into the truck. Hopefully you can find a donor vehicle soon, im pretty sure you could build it up quickly since you have done it before. Also like it was said before maybe you can do something different as well add to what you previously had! anyways good luck man!! keep us informed

Damn your truck was tight! Just do it like you said find a donor frame/truck and get back on the road. You have practically everything. Things do get better and hell maybe you'll get to correct anything you may have wanted to do the first time around.

Yea, I lost control because the rear end is too light. It literally Felt like I ripped the e brake. That's how the car acted too. I'll get it rebuild. I got too much time, hard work and money invested into it to just give up. My LEXUS that y'all seen on here in some of the pictures have a dead cylinder and the plan was to pull the engine to get it prepped for a rebuild and this happened. So I've had to drive it for the past few days. Gotta decide which one of them I'll attack first this winter. I love to have the both of them running at the same time but we'll see. I'll probably fuck around and do 'em both together lol.

As far as the LSD goes guys, I've heard a few things about the fox body rear end that can can be silted directly in. But Is it possible get A pumpkin from a 4Runner that will drop directly into the 2wd housing? Did any of the 4runners come with LSDs?
