I think I will do this too, cuz I don't think I'll every pay for photo bucket. I will keep my photo bucket account open because I'm on a lot of other forums that if I delete all those pictures, all of my posts and attachments across every forum I am on will disappear LOL.

Tinypic also works. I've had my images on there for years and no issues.

Okay guys, I haven't been posting because of the changes in PB, but I've been working on the truck. I'm going to use flicker so get some updates going here, but let me know if you can't see or play the videos.

As mentioned before I decided to make my front core removable so that it can come apart for an easy access to the engine ( In case I have to yake it out of working on something major in the bay).

This is how I did it.
I needed to figure out how to support the core as it wasn't going to be welded in.
I cut and modified a pipe for supporting both sections of the core.

Had them drilled out to match that of the fender holes.

This is how it's mounted. The the extended ends will be supporting the core itself.
I didn't take pictures of that part if the install but I basically had rails bolted to the cab side of the core. In total, I made three mounting sectings. The rails, the center, and the very lower part of the cut section at the top of the front struts. These are a few looks of what I did.

With that, I completed the rest of the work including painting and sealed the core with a Rubber T trim.
    Here is it painted.

I'll post a picture with the seal installed later today.

At this point I was ready to complete the wiring one more time to get it started.
Had the engine primed considering it was sitting for a while https://www.flickr.com/gp/153405813@N04/V9254y
    Got it started

The following day I turned it around in the garage because the rest of the work coming up will be focused on the front of the truck and with that I can work longer when the sun goes down. Decided to have little fun

Over the past few days I've been sanding it down bit by bit

Hopefully it will be painted this weekend, but this is what's been going on since I was around last.

Nevermind, I guess you have to click the links. Moving forward I'll use another application to list my pictures and post the videos with Flicker.

Thanks fellas:). I downloaded the Imgur app but it was only giving me access to pictures not video on my phone. I just wanted to updated you guys, it's been a min. And I think something about the sizing is off when I try to upload pictures directly. I get an error code when I do

My iPhone is more convenient for me. I can post from my phone without having to worry about uploading the pictures from my phone to a computer before it gets posted

Been a while guys. I’ve been away working, Havent touched the truck since we last spoke. I’ll be headed home with a few weeks and I just want to complete it right away. All I gotta do is Put the front end back together and do my alignment. I also wanna get my rear disk brake conversion done, which brings me to this post. At the moment I run 15” wheels on the truck. For those of you with this done already, you think I have a chance fitting my wheels on if I go with the GM rear calipers? Any inputs will be appreciated fellas.

I've figured out a bolt on rear disc brake set up using a 2001 Explorer front rotor and 4runner calipers. I don't know if they will clear 15's. If you are interested in my swap, maybe test fit your wheel on the front of a 2001 explorer. You may need a spacer to clear the 4runner caliper though.

Thanks Yotarip! I was actually thinking about the 4Runner calipers too but been worried that my wheels won’t clear it. I don’t know anybody with an explorer tho, so I think I’ll take it to the junk yard and find one

I don't want to clutter up Dailydriven's thread. On bleeding the master cylinder, have you tried cracking open the bleed valve, filling up the reservoir with fluid and then submerging the bleed valve into the reservoir as someone pumps the pedal. Keep adding fluid as the level drops making sure the bleed valve stays submerged. Bleeding is complete when bubbles no longer come out during pumping.

    Yep, no luck.
So far this is what I’ve done:

1- Replaced the Master- with the part off the truck, I filled it with fluid too see if it would trickle out of the side port. Nothing. In this same state, if I manually pump it some fluid would come out but not at the pace you’d expect.

2- Attach a clear hose to the bleeder and insert the other end through a bottle filled with brake fluid and pump away. I was thinking I’d be able to to bump out air and suck in fluid. This kinda helped, but not as much.

3- Remove the tranny to inspects for leaks, and also see if I had the lines improperly installed on the sleeve. No leaks, and no need to adjust the lines. I thought the issue was at the master where the fluid comes through the banjo bolt. But when I took it apart brought it in to a local store to see if I could get a better design I was told, I have the best style.

4- So I replaced the master again for the second time, this time I didn’t have to pump up the rod, with fluid in the master and side port completely opened, the fluid comes out just fine but it doesn’t when mounted on the truck.

5- Filled the master and left it over night to see if the fluid would go down by morning nothing. It stayed at the same level, matter fact the only time I’ve seen my clutch fluid go down is when I use a pressure hose to push the fluid down through the cap of the master but that’s it.

It’s been a bit of a nightmare honestly. Especially after doing all the big and hard work, a shit that’s supposed to take less than 15 mins to do is holding my project somewhat at this stage:/.
