Laying on 20s

    Trying to lay frame on some 20s? Any suggestions guys? Thanks.

    See my thread. Laying frame is easy. Laying pinch is where it's at. Lol

    But actually. You will need drop spindles and a frame Z. A raised Trans crossmember too. Cut all your wheel well out..tub the firewall and flip the clutch master under the dash. Retaining ac will require some effort too.

    It is very doable. As mike said looke at his thread, you can look at mine but I've got a v6. Some differences but mainly the same. One of the best things to do is have the wheels and tires you plan to us so you can check clearances along the way.

    89 Regular Cab. The weirdo with the stock suspension.
    The really simple way is to just take the wheels off completely and set them beside the truck. Then just lower the truck down to the ground. Instantly laying frame! The hard part will be getting the jack out from under the truck after its lowered. But its free! :waytogo:
    Seriously, I like the look and admire the amount of work that goes into it. Just being silly.
