So you pulled the thermo and changed your water pump and its still over heating. Are you loosing water? Can you see it flowing when the motor is on and the cap is open?

Thanks I can see a water leak coming from the thermostat housing every now and then , I am thinking of replacing the clutch fan . I should add one more thing I was getting water in the oil and used stop leak head gasket sealer , I bought the best one cost $60.00 the professional grade , so not sure if that would clog the water jackets in the block . It does build up a lot pressure in the radiator and if I take the radiator cap and rev the engine the water blows out of the radiator . this is what is going on need help Thanks

Looks like your head gasket is failing that one bottle fix all stuff is just a radiator and heater core plugger flush your radiator with a strong radiator flush
