I have belltech 3" drop springs on the rear of my truck. Thing is the front of my truck still looks just a tad lower. I'd say about an inch or so.

I was thinking about getting 1" blocks, but I understand anything around a 4" drop I would need to shim my axle so my driveshaft wont run perfectly straight. What degree of shims should I get? Or how would I figure that out?

Measure the angle of the pinion flange at ride height.

Measure the angle of the forward universal join in its vertical position at ride height. Now find the difference in angle and point the pi ion about 2* lower than perfectly in line to the trans to account for alight axle wrap while cruising.

You mean those bar thingy's that you are supposed to remove as soon as you buy the truck? I'm pretty sure those and the spring packs in the back are just shipping stabilizers and are supposed to be taken out so the truck can go to its intended 6mm ride height. :p
