Crack open the banjo bolt on the intake where the fuel comes in. I think you will have to crank for fuel to come out because key on only primes.Hard to hear that pump sometimes.

Yea try that if u got fuel there at the end of the supply line then u may have some sort injector problem or a ecu that may have died on you .check your injector wiring harness to for hot spots and connection faults

Had to put the project on hold due to some family issues. Back on it.

-Dam Fuel filter started leaking again
    -Replaced the cap and rotor

Still wont start. Spark plugs don't smell like fuel. Does that mean fuel isn't going through? Going to pull everything back apart to see if the pump is grounded correctly

Alright we'll first handle the fuel filter leaking problem gas is expensive enough
Review the work u did check your wires make sure your connections are good and u have a good ground . Your plugs not smelling like fuel don't worry about that yet .have u done the un bolting of the banjo bolt at the fuel rail check turn to battery and see if your spraying fuel . If u have fuel coming outta there let us no ... Don't wanna suggest other areas until we no its spraying fuel at the last point before the fuel rail < banjo fitting.

And crank it like malesso said with the banjo bolt undone and check for fuel spraying
