I have an 89 22r 2wd pickup and was wondering if it was possible to swap in a new frs transmission. I know I can just get a w series tranny and make my life easier but a 6 speed would be cool

Hello I was wondering about that 3s swap and wanted to ask someone about the drive shaft that goes into the transmission meaning will the regular drive shaft fit or will I have to mod it

Assume you'll need to take that to a driveshaft shop. At a minimum, it'll be the wrong length, but more than likely it'll need some adapting

I would assume so, though you might find someone who makes them online. If you were doing a 2jz swap theres mounts for that available pretty readily

I'm from Jamaica and gas is expensive my truck is a extracab so I'm also wondering if the 3s will have enough power to move that truck

considering that my Toyota has maybe 95 hp and will hit 100mph, and the 3SGE Beams has around 200 hp, yeah, it will move your truck. Your truck doesn't weigh much.
