    Another small lil update-

I was able to finally install the rear disc brake with parking brake. I have to honestly say it took way to long to install them due to no instructions and just having to look at the pics to install. I think they look good now i just need to extended the parking brake cables some how. Also need to bleed my brakes some more, i hope my front calipers didnt seize due to me chrome plating them, I guess only time will tell....

Great build man! I love the details. Where did you get your front rotors? I’m looking into upgrading my brakes as well but I am still trying to figure out the rotors. Plus I haven’t decided if I wanna used the 300zx calipers instead:/

Here are some updated pictures as well...So it been awhile since i last posted on here, been a lil busy with fixing up my house and figuring out these brakes. With the brake i made a bone headed mistake chrome the ones off the 4runner without making sure the calipers were not seize. Well i go to put them on and what do you know they are seized, not sure by the chroming shop or just from the 4runner sitting for all those years. Any ways i had to buy other 4x4 calipers and got those installed. So then it was time to bleed them, i must of bled them about 10 times and went through 3 master brake cylinders til i notice something that pissed me off. When i installed the front brake calipers the bleeder screw was on the bottom when they needed to be on the top. UGH!! i knew it had to be a simple problem....So after that fiasco it was onto the headers. i knew the drivers side fit fine, it was the passengers side that was the issue. So what i ended up doing was rerouting one of the runners and lifting the motor up to install the header and it turned out great. Soon after that i was able to take my truck to the exhaust shop and get the full exhaust installed. Its not the great full custom exhaust but for 400 bucks its not bad for the price. Im sure I am missing a lot of other stuff that i did but fr now i think im good on typing anything else. Now im just enjoying driving here while i get my truck registered to Texas from Cali.

I really need to invest in a go pro, holding the cell phone is not cutting it.

Good job! That interior is gonna look great after you complete it. The motor sounds great too. Wish we could line our trucks up at the drag strip.

Mutantcolors- just for you I'll try to get a burn or better video. Gotta get my hands on a go pro like i said.

Yotarip- thanks for compliments, yea i gotta still learn how to drive before i think about racing. When i punch it, it revs up super fast. Im definitely going to need an LSD. Tires just slip when i punch it in 1st and 2nd. As for the interior i was going to reupholstery the seats and door panels black but i must admit i like the two tone with the tan seats.

Justin danger - thanks for the compliment again!

I just finish buffing and waxing what paint i have left. Im really needing another paint job soon.

    Update:

Today i made a mock up of my cold air intake, Just need to add a breather for the valve cover and polish the pipe. I went the same route as i did with my 3.0 with having it in the fender. I also was able to get some cheap tunes in my truck again. Now i just need to save up for my LSD so i can actually see what my truck puts down.

Where'd you source that intake piping? I have a huge one like that off my original Supra motor but it's way too long for the new 1JZ.
