the timing chain may have eaten through the timing cover so all the coolant dumped into your oil, then the water pump froze from no lube and broke the belt.

id start with draining whats left of the coolant (check for oil) and the oil (check for coolant). then i would do a compression check and a rad pressure check.

best of luck to ya, heres hopin its just a ****e water pump and a dirty res:waytogo:

i would wait to throw on the new water pump until you find out where the coolant went. would suck to find a new pump gasket if the T cover is bad. plus with the over heat (dont know how long it was hot) id be worried about a BHG.

    did you drain the oil?

ya i drained all the fluids out of it and oil looked good
and the engine was only hot for less than a minute
and if the timing chain ate through the cover wouldn't that make alot of racket
